Dr. Mullen’s research interests include production and environmental economics, solutions to scarcity with respect to water quantity and quality, interface between water quality and quantity, modeling irrigation technology and water use decisions, climate change and water demand, limitations and prospects of water markets, brownfield redevelopment, non-market amenity values of marshlands, production economics/policy, natural resources, and environmental economics.
